Ashtanga, Vedanta, Meditation.

Practitioners of all levels are warmly welcome, from complete beginners to advanced students. Everyone can explore and refine the Primary Series, progressing to the Intermediate and Advanced Series when ready and with the teacher’s guidance.

The day

Morning, afternoon, Friday.

Morning

Mysore or led primary — beginners and advanced side by side.

Afternoon

Vedanta chanting, then the day’s door: sound, silence, movement, or karma yoga.

Friday

Pooja and conference — questions held through the week.

Progress to Intermediate and Advanced when ready, and with the teacher’s guidance. A month minimum — the practice needs time.
